Rich and I went to the Stamp and Scrapbook Expo in Akron, Ohio, and we got to watch Georgia from Art Impressions create a watercolor scene with Marvy LaPlume Watercolor Markers. You can use any kind of water based marker for this technique.
I apologize for the shaky image, as we were holding the camera for the entire demonstration (and it wasn’t easy to do…)
