I’ll bet you will find this hard to believe, but I finally finished all of my cards for New Years, and will get them in the mail tomorrow.  I wish I was more organized, and if you read yesterday’s blog, you know my plan is to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to getting cards video’d and mailed on time.  This is step one.  So far, so good.

On a more irritating note, I found one of the Christmas cards I thought I mailed a few weeks ago on the floor of the back seat of our car.  That’s not the same as actually getting it into the mail box and sending it, is it?  Darn it,  and I was really proud of sending one card out on time.  I was mailing it the day that I sent all of the boxes to Puerto Rico, and that’s no excuse, but the boxes were piled everywhere and the pile toppled over on the two mile drive to the post office.  You’d think I could manage a two mile drive without incident, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

If you read my facebook page, I got a really nice note from one of the ladies that I mailed boxes to in Puerto Rico.  The other lady sent me an email saying that her mother-in-law passed away last week, so she will be putting her photo up on facebook later.  I told her it was not that important, as she and her family need to grieve.  Can you believe the year these ladies have just weathered?  It’s hard to imagine.   I complain about snow, but snow is nothing like a hurricane, even a blizzard, if you aren’t driving, is nothing compared to a hurricane.

I’m off to finish another video, and I’m doing really well keeping the supply of videos coming, and Rich is doing an even better job of editing and getting them uploaded quickly.  We’re quite the team..
